Proton Competition is een gerenommeerd Duits raceteam dat een sterke reputatie heeft opgebouwd in de uithoudingsracerij, met name in de GT-categorieën. Het team neemt al lange tijd deel aan het FIA World Endurance Championship en andere prestigieuze enduranceraceseries.
Sinds 2023 neemt Proton Competition deel aan de Hypercar-klasse van het FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), wat een belangrijke stap voorwaarts betekent in hun programma buiten de GT-categorieën. Ze hebben een Porsche 963 LMDh-auto aangeschaft, waardoor ze kunnen strijden om de eindoverwinningen naast de fabrieksteams.
